At X-Park you're pulled around a lake by an overhead cable instead of a speedboat, which means easier landings for beginners and a lot less fuel burned. The setup is proper: modern, well kept, and the instructors don't lose patience when you eat water for the tenth time. There's a shaded spot for anyone who'd rather watch and heckle. Total beginners and seasoned riders both get a go.
