Ocean sky pattaya

A three-deck cruise vessel done up as a rooftop bar, out on the water off Bali Hai. Base entry is cheap — around 250฿ with a free speedboat shuttle from the pier — but the point is the dinner-buffet and cabaret packages, which is where the price climbs. You get the 360-degree views of the bay and the lit-up cityscape, a glass-bottomed skywalk section, and food that's fine rather than remarkable. Reserve ahead; you can't just turn up at the pier.
