Pattaya Beach

The city's main beach, a 4-km crescent running the length of central Pattaya behind Beach Road. The water isn't the clearest on the Gulf coast, but the sand is lined with rental loungers and umbrellas, and the strip is the launch point for jet skis, parasailing and boats out to the islands. Free to access; you only pay if you rent a chair or a water toy.
