The Australia section of Khao Kheow Open Zoo, located in Si Racha about 45 minutes from Pattaya. Home to wallabies, kangaroos and viewing-only koalas in the zoo's open-roaming format. Admission for foreign adults is around ฿300; children ฿150. The zoo covers a large area so plan 3-4 hours minimum to cover the whole park. Khao Kheow is consistently rated one of the better zoos in Southeast Asia — the Australia section is a highlight alongside its nocturnal animal house.
