Pattaya Hotels with a Water Park or Waterslides (2026)
Pattaya Beach itself is busy and not particularly clean for swimming. The practical solution: book a hotel with its own water park. The range runs from a full Lost World theme park at a 5-star resort to a compact slide-and-pool setup bundled into a mid-range room rate. Every option here has been checked — prices, what’s included, and what’s not.
The quick answer: Centara Grand Mirage has the largest on-site water park in Pattaya — waterslides, lazy river, the lot, all included in the room rate. If budget matters more than scale, Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is the best mid-range choice with a genuine mini water park from around ฿2,700/night.
Quick facts (checked October 2026)
- Biggest on-site water park: Centara Grand Mirage (North Pattaya) — Lost World theme, lazy river, waterslides, Monsoon Island splash zone. From ~฿5,000/night.
- Best mid-range with real waterslides: Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort (North Pattaya) — mini water park with giant slide, rock wall, caves, free kids club. From ~฿2,700/night.
- Best value with slides included: Grande Centre Point Pattaya (North Pattaya) — mini water park, slides, rooftop pool, Terminal 21 directly connected. From ~฿3,400/night.
- Central Pattaya option: Holiday Inn Pattaya — free kids club, waterslide, children’s pool, kids under 12 eat and stay free. From ~฿4,200/night.
- Budget water park resort: Pattaya Park Beach Resort (Jomtien Beach) — water park with slides plus a 240m tower zip-line. Budget-friendly packages available.
- Opening October 2026: Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya — 20,000 sqm Time Traveller Water Park, the biggest new on-site water park in the city. From ฿7,700/night.
All prices are overseas prices in THB. For dedicated standalone water parks (Aquaverse, Ramayana), the Pattaya water parks guide covers those separately.
Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya
The biggest hotel water park in Pattaya.
Location: Wong Amat Beach, North Pattaya — directly on the beach, well away from the nightlife strip.
The Lost World water park defines this resort: a lazy river that winds through jungle-themed landscaping, multiple waterslides of varying lengths and speeds, cliff-jump platforms, Jacuzzi zones, an adults pool, and Monsoon Island — a shallow splash playground with gentle water jets for young children. In December 2024 four new zones opened, including Volcano Island and a Giant Slider. All pools and slides are included in the room rate.
The Camp Safari kids club (ages 3–9) runs supervised daily sessions — arts, crafts, games — so parents can actually use the adults’ pool. 21 Family Residence rooms run 75–78 sqm with a separate children’s sleeping area and bunk beds.
A note on what isn’t included: the “Lost World Adventure Land” activities (rope bridge, Sky Rider, specific arts and cooking programmes) are ticketed separately at around ฿350/person. The core water park — all the slides, the lazy river, the pools — is free for hotel guests.
Pool hours: 7am–6pm daily. Breakfast: ฿850 adults / ฿425 children. Room rates: from approximately ฿5,000/night (rates fluctuate — peak season November to February runs 30–50% higher). Book if: you want a holiday where the kids genuinely don’t want to leave the hotel, and you want to read a book by the pool while they’re at Camp Safari.
Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort
Best mid-range option with a genuine on-site water park.
Location: North Pattaya, 2 minutes walk from the beach, next to Terminal 21 Pattaya.
This is the most underrated hotel on the list. The mini water park is purpose-built — a giant slide, a climbing wall, cave features and a tropical pool garden — not a token kiddie splash pad added as an afterthought. The hotel also runs a free kids club, and the pool deck on the 5th floor has ocean views. All 210 rooms have access to both.
The location works well: Pattaya Beach is two minutes on foot, Terminal 21 mall is directly across the road for restaurants and rainy-day options. Breakfast included in some rate plans keeps costs down further.
Breakfast: approximately ฿494 adults / ฿247 children (if not included in rate). Room rates: from approximately ฿2,700/night (varies by dates — book ahead for the better rates). Book if: you want a real on-site water park at well under resort prices, without sacrificing location.

Grande Centre Point Pattaya
Included mini water park plus direct access to Terminal 21.
Location: North Pattaya, 32 floors, connected to Terminal 21 Pattaya via a walkway.
A solid mid-range choice that delivers more on pool facilities than the price suggests: an included mini water park with slides and splash zones, a children’s pool, and a separate rooftop pool for adults. Rooms are spacious; some have kitchenettes, useful for longer stays. The Terminal 21 connection means rainy days and evening meals are sorted without flagging a taxi.
Child policy: one child under 11 stays free using existing bedding. Ages 7–11 breakfast is charged separately; ages 0–6 eat free. Not a blanket free deal — calculate meal costs alongside the room rate.
Room rates: from approximately ฿3,400/night. Book if: you want slides included in the room rate, mall access on the doorstep, and don’t want to pay 5-star prices.
Holiday Inn Pattaya by IHG
Central Pattaya’s most practical family hotel with water features.
Location: 463 Beach Road, Central Pattaya — on Pattaya’s main beach strip.
Not a resort, but properly set up for families. The kids club (up to age 12) is free, with supervised daily sessions. The pool has a waterslide and a separate children’s pool. The main deal: children under 12 eat and stay free under the IHG programme — check current terms at booking, as age limits and restaurant conditions apply.
It’s central Pattaya — busy, convenient, and not particularly quiet. Pattaya Beach in front is the main city beach. Most families here use the hotel pools rather than the beach.
Breakfast: approximately ฿499 per adult. Room rates: from ~฿4,200/night. Book if: you want central location, a working kids club, and a waterslide without paying resort-level prices.
Pattaya Park Beach Resort
The oldest on-site water park in Pattaya — and a tower worth the climb.
Location: North end of Jomtien Beach, Soi 12 Thappraya Road — directly on the beach.
Pattaya Park is showing its age — the water park facilities are dated by the standards of Centara or Mercure — but it earns its place here for two reasons. First, it’s on Jomtien Beach, which is calmer and less crowded than Pattaya Beach. Second, the 240-metre Pattaya Park Tower is genuinely fun: the observation deck on the 55th floor costs ฿200/person, and the tower zip-line (170 metres in a harness from the 56th floor down the outside of the building) is ฿300/person. Most older kids and adults enjoy it.
Packages that include breakfast and water park entry are available from January 2026 onwards. If the water park scale of Centara isn’t needed and budget is the priority, this is the pick.
For the wider Jomtien area, the Jomtien Beach guide covers the beach layout, swimming conditions and what else is down there.
Room rates: budget range; water park packages from around ฿2,000/night. Book if: you’re watching the budget, want to be on Jomtien Beach, and the tower activities appeal.
Coming October 2026: Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya
Worth flagging for anyone booking further ahead. Opening 1 October 2026, the new Voyage property will have the Time Traveller Water Park — 20,000 sqm split into two themed zones (Lost World and Tomorrow Land), with wave pools, lazy river, giant sliders and activities for all ages. This is the largest hotel water park announced for Pattaya, larger than Centara Grand Mirage’s current setup.
Rates start from ฿7,700/night. The inclusion policy (what’s covered by the room rate vs. what’s ticketed separately) hasn’t been published yet — worth checking before booking.

What to check before booking
Pool hours. Most hotel water parks run 7am–6pm. If your flight lands at 7pm, you lose the first day’s water park unless you arrive earlier. Factor that into multi-night bookings.
What’s actually included. Centara Grand Mirage includes the pools, lazy river and slides, but charges separately for specific activity programmes (rope bridge, sky rider). The Voyage Pattaya’s inclusion policy isn’t public yet. Always confirm what’s in the room rate before booking.
Height and age restrictions. Most large slides require a minimum height of 90–110cm. Under that, the shallow splash zones and children’s pools are the play area. Confirm with the hotel if you have very young children.
Connecting rooms. All hotels on this list offer connecting rooms or family configurations — book in advance, not on arrival.
If you’re still weighing up which part of Pattaya to base yourself in, where to stay in Pattaya covers every area. The central Pattaya vs Jomtien guide breaks down the two most common choices side by side.
FAQ
Which Pattaya hotel has the best water park included in the room rate?
Centara Grand Mirage — the Lost World complex is the most complete on-site water park at any hotel in Pattaya: lazy river, multiple waterslides, cliff jump, Monsoon Island for young children. All included. The new Voyage Pattaya (opening October 2026) will be larger, but Centara is what exists now.
What is the cheapest Pattaya hotel with waterslides?
Pattaya Park Beach Resort on Jomtien Beach — water park packages from around ฿2,000/night. The facilities are dated but the beach access and tower activities compensate. Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is the better quality option at around ฿2,700/night.
Do Pattaya hotel water parks charge guests extra?
Most don’t for the core water park. Centara Grand Mirage only charges extra for specific activity programmes, not the slides or lazy river. Mercure, Grande Centre Point, and Holiday Inn all include their water features in the standard room rate.
Are there Pattaya hotels with both a water park and direct beach access?
Yes: Centara Grand Mirage on Wong Amat Beach (full water park, beachfront) and Pattaya Park Beach Resort on Jomtien Beach (water park plus beachfront). Mercure is two minutes walk from the beach.
Is there a new water park hotel opening in Pattaya in 2026?
Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya opens 1 October 2026, with a 20,000 sqm Time Traveller Water Park across two themed zones. It’ll be the largest hotel water park in Pattaya once it opens. Rates from ฿7,700/night.
