A 33-floor, 494-room family resort at 808/908 Moo 5, Na Kluea, next to its sister hotel Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya. The hotel says its Time Traveller Water Park covers more than 20,000 m², with six pools, six slides, a wave pool and a river ride, open 09:00 to 18:00 for registered guests (voyagepattaya.com, checked 12 Oct 2026). Published room sizes run from the 50 m² Voyage Signature to the 140 m² Panoramic Suite Connect, which takes 4 adults and 2 children. Agoda lists a kids’ club, a kids’ pool, nine restaurants and a ฿3,790 airport transfer.

Garner Hotel Pattaya Central (December 2025)
IHG opened this as its first Garner hotel in Southeast Asia on 12 December 2025 (IHG release). It’s a conversion of Nova Express Pattaya, which opened in 2022, and Agoda still uses that name in its URL. It has 153 rooms on 8 floors, a rooftop pool and gym, The Gather Café and a 24/7 shop (IHG, 3 Sep and 12 Dec 2025). It’s 970 m from Pattaya Beach and 1.09 km from Central Festival (Agoda). It’s the lowest-key option here, aimed at value rather than resort facilities.

The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien (October 2025)
Opened on 21 October 2025 at 8/12 Moo 2, Soi Na Jomtien 10, with 161 rooms and suites (Bangkok Post, 22 Sep 2025). The suites include private-pool options, and the top suite is a 322 m² penthouse. Its venues are the Esmé beach club, Sereia restaurant, The Surf Shack and Mmhmmm, an adults-only bar (standardhotels.com). Agoda lists a kids’ club and a ฿800 breakfast charge. Its 9.1 score from 1,230 reviews is the joint highest among hotels here with a large sample.

Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa (June 2025)
Marriott’s first resort in Pattaya took reservations from 30 June 2025. It has 289 rooms in a 14-storey building at 64 Moo 1, Jomtien Beach (Marriott via PR Newswire, 30 Jun 2025). There are three pools, including a children’s pool and an infinity pool, plus water slides, a kids’ club, Quan Spa and six dining venues. Family rooms are 57 m² with bunk beds (Marriott; Asset World Corp; TTR Weekly, 1 Jul 2025). Agoda puts the beach 50 m away and Walking Street 6.82 km. Marriott quotes about 30 minutes from U-Tapao airport and 1.5 to 2 hours from Suvarnabhumi.

Meliá Pattaya (February 2025)
Opened on 15 February 2025 on Second Road with 234 keys (218 rooms and 16 suites) over 12 storeys. It runs the Lay Beach Club on Beach Road, a YHI Spa and a Kidsdom kids’ club (Hospitality Net; Travel Agent Central, Feb 2025). Agoda lists babysitting, indoor and outdoor pools and a ฿499 breakfast charge. Pattaya Beach is 300 m away and Central Festival 710 m. Its launch rate offer ended on 30 June 2025, so ignore older posts quoting it.
